Institution subscriptions allow you to manage up to 50 users. The way it works is:

• The Institution Account Administrator logs in via this page.
• They are taken to a control panel page where they can create and remove user accounts and view usage statistics.
• The Institution Account Administrator will also be provided with a link to a login page that is unique to their Institution. To login to the library the users created in the control panel must login via this unique link.
• The information that is tracked on a per user basis is:
  • Number of logins
  • Total time spent on the site
  • Average time spent on the site
  • Last login time
• Overall usage information is also provided:
  • Total number of accounts used
  • Total number of logins
  • Total time spent on the site
  • Average time spent on the site
  • Number of logins in the last day
  • Number of logins in the last week
  • Number of logins in the last month
